This Week's Brief
Every week the platform compiles a market brief on your Insights page: competitor moves, price changes, and trends relevant to your business. It is generated from research runs against real sources — if a section has no findings this week, it says so instead of padding with filler.
- Open /portal/insights.
- Read This Week's Brief at the top.
- Ask follow-up questions in the Copilot panel, for example: "Expand on the competitor price change."
Dashboards & charts
- Conversation volume — messages handled per channel over time.
- Pipeline funnel — leads moving from discovered to converted.
- Revenue view — invoiced amounts from BX orders where recorded.
Charts show real recorded events only. An empty chart
means no data exists yet for that period — not an error. See
troubleshooting.
