Using your Copilot
The Copilot is the interface — not a feature. Everything in Kinetic starts with a conversation.
Where you can talk to it
- Business Centre sidebar — the chat panel on the right of every page at
/portal. - Onboarding — the first conversation that sets up your business.
- Your channels — message your business number on WhatsApp or Telegram and the Copilot answers.
Prompts that work well

Approvals: you stay in control
Outbound messages (pitches, replies to important customers) can be held for your approval. When a draft is waiting:
- A draft card appears in the Inbox thread or the approvals queue.
- Choose Edit to change the wording, Send to approve as-is, or Regenerate for a new draft.
- Sent messages appear in the thread marked as sent by you or the assistant.
Grounding: why it answers correctly
The Copilot answers customer questions from
the artifacts you upload — price lists, catalogs, terms. Upload accurate
documents and it gives accurate answers. If a fact is not in your
documents, say so explicitly and it will not invent one.
Limits to know about
- The Copilot acts only inside your tenant. It cannot see other businesses' data.
- It cannot send messages on channels you have not connected.
- Every AI action consumes units; when your wallet is empty, actions pause until you top up.
- Compliance dates come from your compliance data; if a deadline has no date recorded, the system says so rather than guessing.
