Connect the places where your customers already talk.

Connect WhatsApp by QR pairing

  1. In the Business Centre open Verticals → Channels.
  2. Select WhatsApp. A QR code appears.
  3. On your phone open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, and scan the code.
  4. Wait for the status dot to turn online, then send yourself a test message.
Keep the linked phone on and connected. If WhatsApp logs the device out, re-scan the QR from the same panel.

Connect Telegram

  1. In Telegram, message @BotFather and run /newbot. Keep the token private.
  2. In the Business Centre open Verticals → Channels → Telegram and paste the bot token.
  3. Send any message to your new bot — it should reply and the thread should appear in your Inbox.

How messages reach one inbox

Every inbound message — whatever its channel — lands in /portal/inbox tagged with its channel. The Copilot answers routine questions automatically where you enabled it; anything it cannot answer confidently is marked Needs you.
