Getting started
From zero to a working business assistant in about 15 minutes.
1. Create your Business Centre account
- Go to kinetic-4g1.pages.dev/onboarding and choose Create account.
- Enter the owner name, email, and password, then give your business a name and type.
- Your Org ID is created for you. Save it — you use it to sign in and to embed website chat.
2. Meet your Copilot
- After signup, the onboarding Copilot opens a chat. Tell it about your business in plain language: what you sell, who your customers are, where you operate.
- The Copilot suggests next actions as chips — Connect WhatsApp, Upload knowledge, Choose verticals. Click one or just ask.
- You can switch between a short form and chat at any time during onboarding.
3. Connect a channel
A channel is where conversations happen. WhatsApp is the most common first connection:
- In the Business Centre, open Verticals → Channels (or click the Connect WhatsApp chip).
- Follow the QR-code pairing flow shown in the panel.
- Send a test message to your business number. You should see it appear in your Inbox.
Telegram uses a bot token instead of a QR code. See
Channels setup for every channel and its requirements.
4. Turn on the verticals you need
Verticals are capability packs. Open Verticals in the sidebar and switch on what applies to your business today:
- CX — Customer Experience: AI answers customers across your channels.
- LG — Lead Generation: find and contact new business customers.
- BD — Business Development: partnerships and proposals.
- BI — Business Intelligence: market briefs and dashboards.
- LC — Legal & Compliance: Zambian filing deadlines and reminders.
- BX — Business Operations: invoices, orders, inventory, automation.
5. Take the 60-second tour of your dashboard
| Page | What it does |
|---|---|
/portal | Your home workspace: overview cards and quick actions. |
/portal/inbox | The unified inbox — customer chats, lead-gen replies, and partner threads together. |
/portal/insights | Charts and metrics about your business activity. |
/portal/verticals | Turn verticals and channels on or off. |
/portal/artifacts | Documents the Copilot reads: price lists, terms, inventory. |
Every page has its own URL, so you can bookmark it or share it with your team. The browser back button always returns you to the previous page.
